No, you can have a minimum of 500 Ks and maximum of 2,000,000 Ks at any time.

I already have a bank a/c, can I access it using M-Pitesan wallet?

No, your M- Pitesan account is separate from your bank a/c.

Can I use M- Pitesan Account, if my line is expired?

No, you cannot use M-Pitesan with an expired line, since M-Pitesan wallet is dependent on active lines.

Where can I load(cash in) my M-Pitesan Wallet from?

You can cash in to your wallet at any M- Pitesan Agent.

Is it possible to top up airtime for unregistered users using M-Pitesan Wallet?

Yes, you can top up any ooredoo mobile number through your Mobile Money Account

How many times can I change my mobile money PIN?

There is no limit to the number of times you can change your mobile money PIN

What do I do If I make wrong transaction?

Can I pay bills with my M-Pitesan account?

Not at the moment. However soon you will be able to pay bills, pay for movie tickets, pay at your local store all using your M-Pitesan wallet.

What if I change my mobile service provider?

M-Pitesan service is only available to Ooredoo customers. In case you are changing your service provider, please make sure to withdraw all your funds in your M-Pitesan Wallet.

Can I Deposit with a credit or ATM card?

No, only cash is accepted. CB Account Holders can transfer money to M-Pitesan Wallet from their CB Bank Account.

How do I know for sure my money has reached the recipient?

A confirmation SMS will be sent to you after each transaction. This SMS is the guarantee that your transaction is successful.

Do I need to have a bank account to use M-Pitesan?

No, you don’t need to have a bank account to use M-Pitesan. You can go to any M-Pitesan agent to deposit or withdraw money.

Will I be charged for receiving money on my M-Pitesan account?

There will be no fee charged for receiving money in your M-Pitesan Wallet.

Are there any services charges to maintain my M-Pitesan account?

There are no fixed or monthly service charges to maintain your M-Pitesan Wallet.

What do I need to do if the receiver haven’t redeem the money that I transferred and I have no M-Pitesan account?

Please go to the same Agent when you transferred money and refund the money by providing the Voucher Code and OTP (one time password).

How many times can I change my mobile money PIN?

There is no limit to the number of times you can change your M-Pitesan PIN.
