Q: How do I check if my device supports Ooredoo’s network?


A: If you still have the phone package, then it should say if it is UMTS 900/2100 compatible. Or you can call our Contact Centre on 234 or visit an Ooredoo store or Dealer.

Q: What Ooredoo approved devices are available?


A: You can visit the device section on the personal page for the full range of Ooredoo Approved devices.

Q: Which devices will work on your network?


A: The majority of smartphones will work on our 3G network. Some older feature phones that are not UMTS 900/2100 compatible will not work. To check if your phone is compatible, you can call our Contact Centre on 234 or visit an Ooredoo store or Dealer.

Q: I cannot access the Ooredoo internet or I need to get the settings for internet.


A: You can request the settings by USSD code. Please call the Contact Centre on 234 and they will send you the internet settings by SMS. Please accept the SMS and this will apply the settings to your phone.

Q: Do you offer a warranty on the devices you sell?


A: If you buy your phone from an Ooredoo store, then yes we do offer a warranty. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase. Also please note that actions such as jailbreaking or rooting will invalidate the warranty.
