Billing Information
Mode of bill sharing: Supernet customers will receive their monthly invoice with details of payable amount and due date through SMS on their registered Mobile number, at least 15 days prior to the due date. The SMS would be shared from the sender id “Supernet”. We request you to kindly go through the details, to avoid service interruptions

Users can stream movies and TV shows using their mobile or internet network and even download and watch offline. Ooredoo Myanmar offers 6 months sponsored iflix access to FTTH users of select speed plans (8mbps and above). After 6 months, monthly charges will be applicable to the user as per Ooredoo Myanmar’s defined price point which will be updated on Ooredoo Myanmar website time to time.

5) What do I need if I want to apply for Supernet Fiber service?
Customer may need to fill the service order form and have to sign the agreement and hard copy of NRC and Passport (for foreign Nationals) will be needed.
6) Is service available during power outage?
Yes, if customer has the backup power supply.
7) What are the differences of Supernet Wireless and Supernet Fiber services?
Supernet Fiber Services is with Fiber cable with unlimited data usage and speed will be depends on the plan that customer choose.
8) How many Plans are available in Supernet Fiber?
There are wide range of plan that customer can choose up to 100 Mbps
9) Is there price inclusive of tax?
No. Commercial tax 5% will be apply on the plan fees.
10) Are there annual charges need to pay for this?
No. There's no annual charges for using Ooredoo Super Net FTTH service
11) Do I need to pay for the device and router cable?
Installation charges will be depend on the plan that customer choose.
12) Do I need to pay extra charges if I want to relocation or suspension or termination?
Yes. Term and conditions apply.
13) How long does it take for relocation or suspension or termination?
Relocation 7-15days, Termination is based on clearing outstanding bills.
14) Do I need to pay technical fee when technical team come to solve internet connection problem?
No, you don’t need to pay anything for the technical fee
15) Is Supernet Fiber service prepaid or postpaid subscription?
Postpaid Subscription. Supernet customers will receive their monthly invoice with details of payable amount and due date through SMS and email on their registered Mobile number and email address , at least 15 days prior to the due date.
16) What are the bill payment channel?
You can pay your bills through any one of the following options: Bank, i-Banking, Ooredoo Brand Shop, M-Pitesan
17) How customer know his/her payment is successful?
Customer will receive a receipt if customer made the payment at own stores. Customer will receive a bank receipt if customer made the payment at bank and e-receipt.
18) What should I do for owner ship change?
Customer can change the owners ship at Myanmar Plaza Flag Shop. Customer need to bring the NRC.
19) Can several users simultaneously use?
Yes. Number of device connected is not limited. But the speed will reduce if there are more users.
20) What is the minimum period we must need to use before suspension or termination?
<Suspension>
Safe custody (which is temporary non-usage of the service) is available for thirty days (30) minimum to ninety (90) days maximum with safe custody fee. This safe custody is only available for the Customer who has been using the service for minimum 90 days.
<Termination>
IF customer terminates the service within six (6) months after the service has been rendered. No termination fee if Customer terminates the service after 6 months from the service commencement date
21) How long does it takes for service installation?
Installation will be 3-5 days after payment.
