Customers top up their Wun Zinn accounts with airtime and they can buy books on a pay-per-download model. Moreover, customers can subscribe fortnightly (14 days) “Books Only” with the price of 525 Ks and “Books+ Cartoons” with the price of 840 Ks (5% tax inclusive).

Can I subscribe both subscription models (Books Only and Books+Cartoons) at the same time?

No, you cannot subscribe both subscription models, you can have only one model.

How many books can I download at a time by subscribing Books Only subscription plan?

You can download and keep maximum two books at a time in your “My Collections” tab, meaning that if you want to read the 3^rd book, you have to delete/finish one book first in your previous 2 books. Space for books is only 2 books maximum.

How many books and cartoons can I download at a time by subscribing Books+ Cartoons subscription plan?

You can download and keep maximum four books (two for books and 2 for cartoons) at a time in your “My Collections” tab, meaning that if you want to read the 5^th book, you have to delete/finish one book first in your previous 4 books. Space for books+ cartoons is only 4 books maximum.

How can I unsubscribe my subscription packages?

You can unsubscribe your subscription packages either in side menu of Wun Znn app » Your Own Account » Profile » Unsubscribe OR by sending SMS “STOP” to 7011.

Who can buy books from Wun Zinn app with Ooredoo airtime credit?

All the OOREDOO Myanmar customers can buy books from Wun Zinn app with Ooredoo airtime credit.

I subscribed Books Only/Books+ Cartoons, can I still buy books from Wun Zinn store?

Yes, you can still buy books what you would like to read on Wun Zinn store even after you have subscribed.
