Q: Does my SIM Card have an expiry date?


A: When the SIM card is activated (meanging B2B Customer registration is completed), the expiration date on the B2B SIM Card is depended on the regular recharge calling plan performed by your company

Q: How do I check my balance?


A: You can check your balance by texting the word "Query" to 2230.

Q: How and when do I receive my monthly bill?


A: You will receive a Bill by email on the same day each month, which will coincide with the day your account was activated.

Q: What services are blocked from my business plan?


A: Although most services are available (Voice, Text, and data), kindly refer to your company's designated PIC (Person in Charge) responsible for your selected call plans.

Q: What registration documents do we need as a non-consumer entity to register for connections?


A: To register, you will need full company registration documentations, and if you are a non registered organisation, your registration papers as a Govt/NGO or association body. Also the authorised person will need to provide a NRC or sutiable ID.

Q: How and where can I subscribe to a business plan?


A: If you have your own company or organisation you can send us a request in the contact us section of the website and an Account Executive will contact you to talk you through what is required, if you are part of a company who uses Ooredoo already, you should contact your Internal Communications Manager.

Q: What are the usage charges for calling on my plan?


A: Prices vary from plan to plan in accordance with your company's internal HR Policy and Guidelines. Kindly refer to your company's designated PIC (Person in Charge)

Q: How will using a Top Up card on my business plan affect my account?


A: It will simply be added to your business bundle - so if you run out of voice calls for instance , adding top up will let you make more voice calls but the others services, like data and SMS will continue to be deducted fom the bundle.
