Access to mobile data is one of the add on services to the basic voice + sms roaming. It will not be available for all the launched roaming destinations, but you will see it growing over time. Please mind that enabling roaming data on your phone will mean that the phone will do syncronisations, app updates, mail checks and thereby consuming data even if the action isn't initiated by you. If you enable roaming data, you are adviced to take special care that you are ready to accept the cost incurred.

Yes you can. The rate calling the Contact Centre is the same as calling another number in Myanmar, and the actual rate varies between countries. Please consult the International section of the site for the actual rate.

There is typically a function to allow domestic data but block roaming data. How you do this varies between phones. In most phones, roaming data is disabled by default. Please consult the manual you got with your phone to find out how to do it.
